Mooring Ball Installation Saturday May 17th at 9am ~~ THIS IS A CHANGE
We will be installing the mooring balls for the season this Saturday, May 17th at 9am. We will meet at the Pavilion. All of the mooring balls have been fitted with new hardware. If you use them for your boat or jet ski come out and help. This will not take long if we have people to help. The more people, the more balls we can get set out. See Greg if you have any questions.
Pavilion Work Day Sunday May 18th 8am
The floor and rails at the Pavilion need to be replaced badly. On Sunday May 18th at 8am we will be updating the flooring and rails with the goal of replacing the entire floor. We need the assistance of anyone who can swing a hammer. Bring your tools and let's get the Pavilion refaced in time for Memorial Day weekend so that we can continue to use it safely. Gift Basket Raffle
The Ladies Auxiliary will once again be raffling off gift baskets. We are hoping to sell tickets throughout the summer to offset the expenses we have for the bands and other summer activities. Please consider donating a basket for this cause. You can even get with a group of friends and see how creative you can be. Baskets can be brought to the Civic Center on Friday, May 30th - time TBD. Look for updates on the time. Contact Susan Strong with questions at 804-986-0662 and to let her know that you can donate.

RRECA Meeting
Our next meeting will be Saturday, May 31st at 10am in the Civic Center. For those that were not at the meeting on 5/3/25, the Board of Directors is up for nomination this year. Also, the 2025/2026 Budget was presented, voted on and approved. It is attached below.
Rappahannock River Estates Ladies Auxiliary
Our Ladies Auxiliary is headed up by Susan Strong and we had a great meeting on Saturday, May 3rd. New ladies participated and brought lots of great ideas. The majority of our fund raising this year will be for a new playground for the little people of the community. We have lots of events planned throughout the summer so be sure to look at the bulletin board, the website and Facebook.
